GCPLicenseCodes

This parser reads the output of a command curl -H "Metadata-Flavor: Google" "http://metadata.google.internal/computeMetadata/v1/instance/licenses/?recursive=True", which is used to check whether the google cloud instance is a licensed marketplace instance.
