AbrtCCppConf - file "/etc/abrt/plugins/CCpp.conf"
The AbrtCCppConf class parses the file ``/etc/abrt/plugins/CCpp.conf``.
On success it returns ``dict`` containing abrtcpp setting else it returns ``None``.
